Our South Pole Blend is a thoughtfully crafted coffee that brings together exceptional beans from the Dominican Republic, Papua New Guinea, and Ethiopia, creating a balanced and globally inspired cup.
We proudly source coffee from Spirit Mountain Coffee Farm in the mountains of the Dominican Republic, where estate-grown, organic coffee is cultivated at high elevation under a diverse shade canopy. Spirit Mountain is committed to sustainable agriculture, environmental protection, and social responsibility, investing deeply in local education and community development. This pulped natural (red honey) coffee is hand-harvested at peak ripeness and dried on raised beds, offering gentle sweetness with notes of vanilla and nectarine.
To add depth and structure, we include coffee from Sigri Estate in Papua New Guinea—one of the country’s few true single estates. Sigri manages the entire process from farm to export, ensuring traceability, ethical labor practices, and exceptional quality. This washed Typica Peaberry contributes bold character with flavors of elderberry, cinnamon spice, vanilla bean, and dark chocolate.
Completing the blend is a vibrant Natural Ethiopian coffee from the Guji Zone, grown at high elevations among ancient heirloom varieties. This coffee brings bright acidity and floral aromatics, with tasting notes of jammy blueberry, bergamot, and sweet vanilla.
Smooth, layered, and versatile, the South Pole Blend shines as a pour-over or French press. For best results, brew between 200–205°F at a 1:16 ratio.
