Tega & Tula Farm
This coffee comes from the Tega & Tula Farm in Kaffa, Ethiopia. Grown under the natural shade from the Kaffa Forest, the 500 hectare plantation gives their workers above average pay and access to social services
This cuvee includes some Wild Kaffa Forest Coffee, and various varieties and cultivars that were found in the 1970's. This Washed coffee is soaked for two days before being laid out under the sun to dry.
This is a creamy coffee, with tasting notes of Nectarine, Cherry, and Raspberry.
We recommend brewing on your favorite method between 205-207 degrees.
