This coffee series comes to us from El Cooperativa Porvenir, located near Laguna de Ayarza, in South-West Guatemala. The co-op consists of 28 farms owned by the Lorenzo, Zapata, Aguirre, Najera, Mendez, Sandoval, Ortega, Martinez, and Barrera families.

This honey-processed Guatemalan has notes of dried dates, green grapes, and almond butter.
We recommend brewing on your favorite method between 204-206 degrees.
