This coffee series comes to us from El Cooperativa Porvenir, located near Laguna de Ayarza, in South-West Guatemala. The co-op consists of 28 farms owned by the Lorenzo, Zapata, Aguirre, Najera, Mendez, Sandoval, Ortega, Martinez, and Barrera families.

This washed Guatemalan is sweet and smooth, with notes of raisin, maple syrup, and caramel. With an undeniable fruitiness, and a creamy mouthfeel, you won't want to pass on this coffee.
We reccomend brewing on your favorite method between 203-205 degrees.
