This coffee comes from a co-op called Asociacion de Productores de Cafe Difereciados y Especiales de Guatemala. The members own small 2 hectares farms, on which they plant other crops for diversification, including bananas, oranges, avocado and guava. The co-op provides members access to technical assistance and routine soil analysis, and social projects based on food security, education and nutrition.
This cuvee includes bourbon, caturra, catuai, and pache.
The process method is Washed which enhances its smooth mouth feel, with tasting notes of Dark Chocolate, Toffee, and Sweet.
We recommend brewing on your favorite method between 203-205 degrees.
